At SeeUCase, we believe that customer satisfaction is paramount, and we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in unused/resealable and in their original packaging, in our sole discretion within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Please Note: Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges Process

Proof of purchase is required for any exchange, store credit, or refund request.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@seeucase.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • A photo of the product clearly showing the SeeUCase logo

We will respond and process your request within 1–3 business days.

Returns Handling Fee

Please allow 3 business days upon arrival for your returns or exchanges to be processed. Return shipping fee of $5 will be charged and credited from the refund.

Refund

Refunds are processed once your return is in transit. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank. Most banks process refunds within 1-3 business days, but in some cases, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Customized Order and Personalization

These customized products are tailored to your phone model and individual needs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
